Here what do to before you apply these self tanners. Please exfoliate your whole body especially ankles knees and elbows. Do Not apply body lotion or deodorant or the lotion will not work. Also no work outs for 24 hours. Self tanners work for about a week please remember to use rubber gloves or if you don't have any wash your hand as soon as possible so your hands don't turn orange, also if your turn orange use something with bleach to remove the orange color.
